While we would be sorry to hear you want to cancel your membership, we’ll do everything we can to help you do so.

It isn’t possible for us to cancel your membership from our end, it is easy for you to do so. Here are the directions you’ll need:

1. Point your web browser to ccBill’s customer support page https://support.ccbill.com/
2. Now you’ll need to fill in just four fields:
   1. Indicate you used a credit card to subscribe
   2. Enter the email address you used to subscribe*
   3. Enter the credit card you used (we have no record of that here; only you and ccBill know that)
   4. Enter your subscription ID*. This would have been sent to you in your initial subscription email reply.
3. Click “search”
4. You should now have a list of subscriptions and the “buttons” to cancel the one for Spandexterity.NET.

 * If you do not have this information, email your user id (the one you use to log into our system) to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will look it up and send it back to you.
 
If you have any issues with cancelling, be sure to let us know.

One last thing: if you do decide to cancel, can you tell us why you are canceling? If there is something lacking or wrong, we’d like to know so we can fix it.
